The title of the episode is a reference to a 1924 Korean short story, about a poor man who never had a lucky break his whole life. Despite his wife’s protests he goes out to work and has a fantastically lucky day and makes a lot of money, only to return home to find that his wife has died. So I sort of knew going in that there’s no such thing as a lucky day, and that any luck that befell our characters would come back tenfold in bad luck… but still I didn’t expect this. I must’ve been distracted by the kiss halfway through—it made me forget that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Pinocchio drama is on cable TV, TKC now

just found it.... Okay must have been there since it on episode where InHa was defending Dalpo, where she drunk water and sprayed it on the cake

She is by the stairway munching on her fav chocolate bar.... Felt like streaming what I see except it is already English subbed.

I get this discomfort reading or watching InHa's mom talk or deal with her daughter.... I get it that she wants to uphold her stature in MSC, but the same time she hired her daughter as strategy to increase ratings for their station... How she chewed InHa was heart wrenching for me.... not even an iota of love for her daughter shown... ok this character is giving me headache at the same time... While I watch this actress great acting. I am impressed!

The popular SBS Wednesday Thursday drama "Pinocchio" actress Park Shin Hye's mother criticized her for failing to film a news story about the ice on the street.

On the most recent episode of the SBS Wednesday Thursday drama "Pinocchio" which aired on December 4, 2014, Choi In Ha, played by actress Park Shin Hye, went out to report on the seriousness of ice on the streets. When Choi In Ha saw children walking on ice, however, she started her endless hiccups, worried that the children will fall on ice. She and the filming crew came back to the office without any videos. Choi In Ha's mother, who is a high ranking employee in the office, told her, "You are a Pinocchio and you got this job by pulling strings. You can't be treated equally as other reporters. In fact, I think you are very unstable as a reporter." In related news, the SBS Wednesday Thursday drama "Pinocchio" tells a story of entry-level reporters working for a newspaper company. Actress Park Shin Hye plays the main character called Choi In Ha, who is a reporter who hiccups whenever she lies to other people. Actor Lee Jong Suk plays the other main character Choi Dal Po, also known as Ki Ha Myung, in the drama.
