I emailed Innolife about charging my card for the shipping and handling fee on Thursday last week . They replied Friday saying I need to go through the website so I did. VISA called me trying to block the transaction from Korea. I called them back to tell VISA to let it through. AMAZING that they called me for a $36.00 transaction but not when I ordered my DVD's. I knew the DVDs went through because I saw it in my statement.

I saw paygate withdrew from my account yesterday,
so now I'm just wanting for the confirmation reply from innolife.
But I think everything is set!!

Can't wait. It's this Friday!! I hope I get mine on Monday or Tuesday.

No, Amy, I haven' got anything from innolife yet.
Hopefully soon. It was the same last time too.
Innolife took three days after paygate's email to reach me.
I'm hoping within the next day or so, if not, I'll shoot them an email.
When is the last day to pay? I remember something about paying for the tube, but not the deadline for the dvd.
I say wait a day or two first before you decide to do something.
I think they must be swamped with emails at the moment. ^^

I paid for the shipping on Friday morning and still hasn't gotten a reply from innolife. The last time when I paid for the DVDs, both the paygate and innolife emails came through immediately.
I wonder how they are going to match all the orders up.

At least they responded to me in English, this is what I received after sending them two emails that I also needed to add in my name in the liason box. I sent one in English and one in Chinese, (someone provided it at soompi's YB..)

so like everyone here i'm crossing my fingers that everything's A-Ok with ALL of OUR ORDERS!!!

I got another reply from innolife today!!!
Hello, this is Innolife.
<You are Beautiful> DVD extra shipping payment has been successfully done.
The DVD will be in store at Feburary 22,
and we will try to ship it out as soon as possible.
When the package is on the go, we will notify you with a delivery announcement e-mail.(Including tracking No.)
So please have some patience.
And we inform you about the ANJELL fanclub membership card.
Innolife isn't in charge of ANJELL fanclub membership card production,
and one in charge is "You're beautiful DVD Fan Cafe" and it has already been produced.
Since ANJELL fanclub membership card production has already been completed,
we do not take any extra orders or modifications.
The reason Innolife asked customers to fill in there english name in Liaison matters was to confirm the name of the person
who have ordered and the name customers applied for the card is the same person.
Therefore,customers who didn't apply for ANJELL fanclub membership card
doesn't have the need to inform us your english names.
For Customers who didn't apply for ANJELL fanclub membership card beforehand,
we will send you the membership card without name printed in it.
