but I did that already. Hopefully I hear from them soon since I couldn't check my status on innolife.
Another thing I noticed last night was that the paygate receipts that were sent out have the same goods number for both my order and my sister's. Is it because I paid for the two that they have the same goods number? I'm so confused. Cecilia hasn't gotten back on me yet.

aww, Mee, i got the email from innolife abt the postage after i settled the postage too... very very confused now. don't know if they checked my payment or not. and the funny thing is i've gotten 2 different order numbers (one for the dvd and the other for the postage). so is that normal???? i did get 3 emails though, 2 from paygate and 1 from innolife for the postage... and they came almost at the same time. very very weird.

i want my dvd to reach me safe and sound... i paid so much already...

Yeah the most recent receipt I got from paygate has a different order number than my original one. I haven't recieved my innolife confirmation on the shipping payment yet. So innolife sent you a confirmation letter for your shipping payment? ooo, I'm so worried now. It's all so very confusing!! I hope everything's fine.

yes, mee, both paygate and innolife sent emails. during the dvd order innolife's email took 2 days to reach me, but for the postage it came in almost the same time with paygate. so different order no. is ok? haiizz why is this whole thing so confusing????

So they replied to me today....

which the online translator said they said they already recorded the information........right my Chinese speakers?

I am still waiting patiently for Innolife reply ( for solving the mixmatch Goodname # and the second confirmatiion email)... It has been a couple days so I am getting worry
But again, this is NY in Asia after all... so I guess we need to be a bit more patient ^^
Oh I got a eamail from them for requesting for the postage last nite though ( does that mean they are still working during the festival?^^), so I emailed them once again , with the new email address that they just send me
Anyone get good news to share?
Hopefully they will get back to us all soon after the holidays, and everything will work out fine...

I paid for both my sister's and mine with my card so the receipt from paygate is the same.
I just hope because I paid both of them with the same card that's why they have the same number.
If I receive my email from innolife, then I will be super happy cause that means it's set.
My sister has also received the innolife email telling her to go pay for the postage too.
So I'm hoping that because we paid ours before they sent out the email telling us to do so that's why we haven't got the confirmation from innolife yet.

This is my 1st time buying the DVD for a drama, so I d cry if anything went wrong with it
But Mee, you ordered 2, Idk what to do if I were you ( if things went wrong)

But like I said, still the NY... Let's them take a short break... We can wait for another week and ... then start to worry, it they still not reply hehe ^^;;
