@ sis yunihz: To all haters, THAT'S TOO BAD because Heirs DID SWEEP ALL THE AWARDS and was the highlight of the awards ceremony. Kim Tan's wardrobe may be bad but Lee Min Ho's isn't!

AWWWW...I didn't notice the young Ye Seul when they were dancing. I will need to rewatch. Anyways, just want to post a picture of MinHye's reaction when watching the kids dance. They look like proud parents! Shin Hye looked so motherly!

when I was watching it live early this morning, i couldn't help but be emotional too like her...i felt her happiness and how hard she's worked to get to this stage...and then we see the camera focus in on LMH and we see him just looking at her and seems to be urging her and looked so proud of her...

i still can't believe that he would have said that he sees her as his 'sibling'....how can you kiss someone so passionately if he looks at her as his younger sister...aigo...

i was so surprised about the most recent news about LeeSeungGi and Yoona dating and here i am wishing that we'd see our sweet girl finding her prince charming and supporting her...but since i'm so into Heirs...please don't blame me for thinking that the prince charming is embodied by LeeMinHo..they just look so good together...

when they won the Best Couple, I can't help but notice how super happy LMH looked, is it a woman's intuition but I seem to sense something different about our sweet girl at the awards night, the camera often captures her beautiful smile and glances at LMH and how she looked when LMH was doing his acceptance speech for winning the Best Actor award. Why do i have this feeling that it's as if there's something on those smile and glances and hand holding and gestures between them??? and even though LMH was just joking why did he have to same 'sorry' to KWB during the Best couple speeches...

I so wish someone can translate them for us so that I can look at it differently....

sis Almontel: You are one step ahead of me. I was going to post some pictures of MinHye's reaction to each other's acceptance speeches. If you look carefully, Min Ho's eyebrow went up a bit and I think that was the part where he was encouraging her to continue on. It was soo sweet to me that I had to clip it out and post it here. I absolutely agree that he seemed so proud of his CES.

On another note, I will be translating the couple clip and the interview by the host before they won Best Couple. From what Shin Hye said in her acceptance speech for Best Couple, it seems she is very willing to be the one to say first that she is his sister, not Min Ho. I think Min Ho may be going along with it. And the first thing he said in his acceptance speech for Best Couple was that a lot of people have been wondering if there was something going on between him and Shin Hye. Instead of answering that, he just stated that he wanted to thank CES for accepting him. So he's not refuting it!!! Also, after I translate, look at how Min Ho reacts when Shin Hye mentions that she is his sister and that Min Ho is always acting as a good brother and guiding her. I personally think he seemed a bit disappoiinted. Stay tuned for the full translation!!

I still can't find any translations for Shin Hye's acceptance speech so I don't know what she said! Some kind soul, if you have one in Chinese, please post the link here!!

The ‘2013 SBS Drama Awards’ took place on December 31st at SBS Prism Tower in Seoul, and was hosted by Kim Woo Bin, Lee Hwi Jae, and Lee Bo Young. On the night, Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye were seen mimicking their drama roles in ‘The Heirs’, with a matching ‘Romeo & Juliet’ look.

Before announcing the Best Couple winners, Lee Hwi Jae asked the two about the concept of their outfits. Park Shin Hye replied, “This look was actually taken from suggestions by fans, on what image me and Kim Tan should adopt for this Best Couple award. Everyone suggested ‘Romeo & Juliet’, so I prepared in this manner in the end.”

Lee Min Ho also said, “You should have said earlier.” Park Shin Hye then replied, “But I know that no matter what you wear, you will still be good looking like Romeo.”

Meanwhile, Gong Hyo Jin (‘The Master’s Sun’), Soo Ae (‘Queen of Ambition’), Song Hye Kyo (‘That Winter, The Wind Blows’), and Kim Tae Hee (‘Jang Ok Jung’) were notable absentees on the night, due to conflicting schedules. Congratulatory performances meanwhile were done by Seo In Guk, Kim Yuri, Kang Sora, and Kim So Hyun.

“The Heirs” Lee Min Ho Wins High Excellence Award Three Years Running

Lee Min Ho recently won the male high excellence award for his performance in “The Heirs” at the “2013 SBS Drama Awards” hosted by Lee Bo Young, Lee Hwi Jae, and Kim Woo Bin.

The other nominees for the medium-length drama male high excellence award were Kang Ji Hwan from “Incarnation of Money,” Go Soo from “Empire of Gold,” and Kwon Sang Woo from “Queen of Ambition.”

Lee Min Ho had won the male high excellence award at the “SBS Drama Awards” for the past two years, in 2011 for “City Hunter,” and in 2012 for “Faith.” With his award this year, he has received his third male high excellence award three years running.

During his acceptance speech, he said, “Last year I said I had wanted to do a drama that was loved. This year I was able to attend this award ceremony as a part of a drama that was loved even more than me, which makes me absolutely happy.”
