Regarding the content of Pinocchio Director’s cut DVD vs Blu Ray… And English subtitles.

there will be Eng sub for the main episodes but not for the additional videos

there is no difference in content between Director’s cut DVD & Blu-Ray The Only difference is the image quality & the gap is large, Blue Ray is lot more clear than the original one

Notes:
Blue ray can not play with DVD player
Have to use Blu-ray player

[Ratings: Thurs, 01.08.14] ′Pinocchio′ Continues on Top with High Ratings

Although coming to an end, SBS′ Pinocchio continued to power through with high numbers.

On Thursday night, Pinocchio received a rating of 12.9 percent, maintaining its place on top.

Following Pinocchio were MBC′s Kill Me, Heal Me and KBS′ King′s Face with 8.9 and 6.9 respectively, with both dramas decreasing from its previous episode.

Only three more episodes remain for Pinocchio and one more week of broadcasts. Two episodes will be aired on January 14 before its finale on January 15.
