It was conducted by a Dental Hospital in Korea and they got 47 % of the votes
The director of the hospital said "The audience cry and laugh along with their lively performance in the drama, especially their bright smile

which brightens the moods of the audience"
The first runner up is Han Hyo Joo and Ji Jin Hee 26.6%
The second runner up is Oh Ji ho and Kim Nam Joo 18.8%
(no idea who they are
