I'm craving for those, got to go to Chinatown !!

was this the first time SH tried the dumplings? maybe she was fascinated by it that she kinda showed what was inside the wrapping

here's some info on the chinese dumpllings (or siomai as it is called by a friend)

Chinese dumplings (jiaozi) may be divided into various types depending on how they are cooked:

Boiled dumplings: (shuijiao) literally "water dumplings" (水饺), the most common style in China.

Steamed dumplings: (zhengjiao) literally "steam-dumpling" (蒸饺).

Shallow fried dumplings: (guotie) lit. "pan stick", known as "potstickers" in N. America, (锅贴), also referred to as "dry-fried dumplings", this can be found in many Chinese restaurant in North American.

Egg dumplings: Dumplings that use egg rather than dough to wrap the filling are called "egg dumplings" or (蛋饺), very typical in Canton.

Common dumpling meat fillings include pork, mutton, beef, chicken, fish, and shrimp which are usually mixed with chopped vegetables. Popular vegetable fillings include cabbage, scallion (spring onions), and Chinese chives. Dumplings are eaten with a soy sauce-based dipping sauce that may include vinegar, garlic, ginger, rice wine, hot sauce, and sesame oil.

Shin Hye has to prepared her meal by herself.
Since stay away from family, she has to independent.
So she tried instant Taiwanese dumpling.
She took steamed dumplings.. hemmm yummy..yummy and healthy.

so she went to the famous dumpling restaurant in Taiwan "Din Tai Fung".
when you go to this restaurant, there is an instruction of how to eat a dumpling (xiao long bao).

hope she enjoys her stay in Taiwan...and hope sukkie will visit her soon...

she looks so playful in bed just like GS!!! i wonder how she is when she wakes up!!!...

i love how her hair's growing a lot longer, i really do love her better in longer hair...

wonder what she meant by ox hair? and it happened last year, wasn't that around the time when she started filming YB??? hmmmmmmmmm.....something to think about!
