Hello Starlight Angels! ( Members, Lurkers and Guests! )

This month, October, is the start of Shin Hye's new Movie, "Hyung 형" Filming as what SALT updated. Just like last year, we are participating in the rice wreath project again as PSHIC organization group as one of Park Shin Hye's biggest INTERNATIONAL FANS fanbase..
Any amount is very appreciable!! SALT and Shinhye will recognize our hardworks and efforts once again.Still we are in need of banners to show our community's name and message for ssinz.

It would be wonderful to have a rice wreath from PSHIC for the movie Hyeung
I am sure this would be participated in by the many fandoms of Shin Hye

sis @nicole Any idea how much the rice wreath costs this time?
So that at least we would know how much funds to raise.....

I will try to do some research also on how we could go about this project
