The new Asian venue for the Paris Grévin museum branch in South Korea’s capital opened July 11. Another Grévin museum will also open on Charlie Chaplin’s property in Switzerland early next year. The other subsidiaries are in Montreal and Prague for the past couple of years.

The wax figures were taken to Seoul in June, which features the likenesses of 90 Asian and International celebrities and Royals as planned.

The Seoul museum is jointly run by Grévin’s holding company and Mast Entertainment, a South Korean entertainment and media group

France's famous beeswax museum, Grevin Seoul Musuem, has recently opened its 4th branch in Seoul on July 30, 2015. After its opening in Paris, Montreal and Prague, Seoul is to become the first Asian exhibition hall of Muse Grevin. With 133 years of history, the museum proudly features over 80 wax figures of both international and hallyu celebrities such as Madonna, George Clooney, Kim Soo-hyun, Psy and G-Dragon.

Visitors can scan the QR code to hear audio explanation available in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. Alternatively, more detailed information can be found on the homepage.
