Yes sis! They are too strict. I took a picture of my ID and couldnt get through on the first try.. after i translated the pop-up box it shows that the file is too large do i ended up re-sizing the photo so that i could get through.. oh boy i hope it will workout.

i even too got problems like sis irene. i already resized it ! but it end up to "very large?image"

@nicole you weren't able to register yet?....what is the problem? is it the size of your ID and photo?....each should not exceed 1mb sis....i am using Mac i just don't know how to resize using other laptops...maybe sis @irene can help you out

if you use windows sis @nicole.. you can use photoscape to resize your photo.. its user-friendly..
