there really is difference, and in the photos with Kim Jung Hwa(1.72) they had nearly the same height
so, my veredict is:I1.68-1.70(5'6''or5'7'')

I'm intrigued with the question of Shin Hye's height.

It's hard to gauge her height in the YAB filming because many times she wore elevated shoes, and who know if she had lifts in the shoes. I'm not saying it's a bad thing for her to wear lifts during the shooting because they do have to make adjustments for camera angles and height while filming. Some actors even have to stand on elevated platforms or the taller actor has to separate their legs to become short, in order to get the right camera angle.

I'm guessing Shin Hye is 5'5". But at times, when I see her next her standing next to JGS, the top of her head is to his eye level, and it looks like she is about 5'6". I saw this during the pool filming, where Shin Hye was barefoot and JGS in slippers. Shin Hye is a couple inches shorter than Uee. Uee is 172cm, right?

At least we know that Shin Hye did not fib on her height like so many stars do

I think Shin Hye is around 5' 5.5" or 166-167cm. But it's really hard to know for sure...

We must remember that a lot of male actors lie about their heights so even if Shin Hye (in flat shoes) stands next to someone who is reportedly 183cm and looks 14cm shorter in comparison, that doesn't mean she is 169cm ;-P The guy might have added a couple centimeters to his height.

i'm intrigued about her height too...but if you saw her at the movie screen of the brother show where she was standing right next to the other model who was listed at 170cm, they had about the same heels on and they were exactly the same height.

she looked about a couple of inches shorter than HongKi who is listed at 178cm so she must be around 170, which is around 5'7"...

remember during the music awards, she was only an inch shorter than GS, it made me wonder if she was wearing a 4" heel then

UEE is about 1.73, in the drama she was always in heels, the few times that se was without them she seemed a bit taller than shinhye.

I'm not sure i've read PSH profile it's around 163-165cm.
In YB UEE is taller than PSH so I think her tall is 165cm
