You can find the translation in this site, sis. There's a forum for that interview. Yes, you guess the question right. Shin Hye was asked among her all co-stars, who's the one she gets along well the most? or the easiest? I saw another translation in another site too, it's translated like that. The answer is jang geun suk. Hope it helps you

I've jumped from ship to ship and although I'm mainly a MinShin Shipper at the moment I do see what you are saying. Geunsuk and Shinhye seem closer. Their skinship is different; however, their relationships can be interpreted in different ways. One could be brotherly love and the other boyfriend material, but I can't differentiate between them for Shinhye. She seems close with many guys and I can't tell how she acts when she really likes someone.
