and Almontel, goodness, Innolife was a frustration for me that's why did not get the DC dvd, hesitated and went for it but couldn't get a clear understanding from them so I stopped. Again, my friends here were just discussing getting other GS stuffs from Innolife but came upon ur predicament. so sorry to hear, am so mad of them for you. like everyone said, thank goodness Cecilia got urs instead and emailed u.
