OMO mama al!!! That is very unprofessional of them. First, you paid extra for the shipping. Second, they're already late in dispersing the copies, as it is. You've already waited long enough... then this booboo of theirs. It's like rubbing salt to your wounds.

On the other hand, I'm glad, like everyone else, Cecilia has it - it's in good hands. Gosh, how can they be like that? I could just imagine if it were someone else they sent it to.

I just saw the commentary for the 8th disc. I cracks me up how they all reacted to the anger/fireworks kiss that GS give SH, hahaha. I wish I knew what they were saying. I'm sure they are reacting to the accidental kiss

Innolife really sucks for overseas fans who are neither Chinese nor Korean. We have no idea they process stuff. I`m just hoping whoever's going to produce DVDs again won't go through innolife again. I love YAB organizers for putting up such high-class DVD but big no-no @ innolife. I`m just glad Cecilia was there guiding us the entire time.
