hey glvc, where are you located in US? I read on the soompi thread, that people in the east coast have already started to receive their packages. The package is not really that big, it's 8.5 inches by 11.5 inches by 4.5 inches. I was surprised at the size because the posted pictures, on soompi, looked huge.

Don't despair, unless everyone in your region has received theirs, then I would worry.

Nope. I'm from Singapore.. For now, I can only rely on u guys to tell me wat's going on... sigh..

Can you believe what happened to my package??? I emailed innolife like 3x before someone responded to me and got a tracking number. I went to the website for EMS put the tracking number in and lo and behold, it said it was delivered and is in AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!!!

so then I emailed them back and asked them for a resolution because I really needed to get it in time for my dtr's bday on the 12th!!! they are yet to respond to me!!!! I'M SOOOOOOOOOO SUPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPERRRRRRRRRRRRR UPSETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!

then i got an email from Cecilia letting me know she received my package!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i emailed her right away to just mail it to me here in California. On the email she mentioned sending it back to innolife today, i was glad I caught her in time, i don't trust innolife to mail the package back to me so i asked Cecilia to mail it to me and i'd pay her via paypal. She said it'll cost around AU$50-55...

i just needed to vent my anger, thanks to anyone listening!!!! aiyooooooooooooooooooo!!!! so did everybody get theirs yet??? or it was just me!!! i knew i shouldn't have waited and anticipated it...it's just anything YB gets me soooooooooooo excited!!! i'm just really really really bombed right now...

and it's so hard to correspond with innolife coz their english is limited and when they respond it's in korean so i have to use a translator on the net that doesn't translate that well!!!

OMG!!! They sent it to Australia? How did that happened?? Well at least it's Cecilia and not someone else. But wth is wrong with innolife??? You should definitely write them a complaint email because they deserved it. Wow, I still can't believe they sent it to the wrong address. How did Cecilia know it was you?
