YH has so much respect for SH!

So so true...most of us overlooked YongHwa/ShinWoo during YB days because of of our GeunShin couple...and now that we've watched HS, we or I personally love how comfortable ShinHye looked next to YongHwas, so I can't stop spazzing over our YongShin couple!!!

Just to answer your question...YH knew beforehand that SH was already the recipient of the award because SH's award was based on votes since it's a popularity award in movies and fans voted through phone calls and via the website of Paeksang which was posted here before. Yong Hwa did give SH the flowers. Manager Jun handed him the bouquet and pointed to the side of the stage so YH can give SH the bouquet. According to what I've read, YH must have given the bouquet to Manager jun so he can surprise SH because later on YH teased SH about her being the only actress who had received flowers that night.
