That's a really good idea.
I had someone take one of my videos on yt and posting it on their yt channel without crediting me.
I had to take down all my videos, which were in HD, and convert them (the quality wasn't as good afterward) and put my name on them.
After telling the person on yt to delete my video, s/he did.

I say the sooner you can get the ShineSubs logo on the videos, the better.
You never know what other people will do.

I think it's better to to use the website logo instead of SHINESubs logo since we didn't sub anything in the vid.
