I am trying to create an account for weibo so that i can be able to vote but I don't understand Chinese even when I try to log in using my Facebook account.

Please if somebody knows how to use weibo, I will really appreciate it.

This is what i was telling you about....
after i registered in Weibo i was redirected to paypal
where i can pay and vote.....
but apparently, the prompt is in Chinese....
i have a paypal account which i can use
but i cannot understand the prompt
so it's a dead end for me to vote thru Weibo....

I am waiting for the iPhone app to come out
It would be easier for us to vote thru the app
