Yes.......I drop in at Soompi too where I have some very old friends from long time back when I used to search for Shinhye's news wherever I could.........even before here. You will find me wherever there is Shinhye being discussed but am mostly here .

Nicole has already answered your questions comprehensively ........so I will not repeat. I know only that much too. I don't understand Chinese or Hangul languages so am dependant on others who do so honestly cannot be considered authority on the legitimacy of a news. I do have come to rely on some sources on twitter, some blogs and news around the internet because they have withstood the test of time.

This iQiyi Baeksang Hallyu popularity award is new and I believe it is only for this year because Baeksang has agreed (or signed some kind of contract) with iQiyi to have the live broadcast rights.

Comparing Shin Hye and Krystal vote, Shin Hye has the high number.
MAYBE Krystal fan in China has special way to vote tremendously fast and huge number.
