Ehhmmmm...too bad Shin Hye did not make it on the red carpet.

It was unfortunately that PSH did not make it for the red carpet event. This is her 4th time... sigh

I'm super curious at SH's designer outfit for the night. Some say that she changed to another outfit? but I don't see any. hmm
