Why is the other idol is ahead of Shinhye? That's easy, becoz her fanbase is different. Mostly teeny boppers whose IT literate. As for Shinhye we all know that her fanbase is spread out from children to adults

And korean Minoz are not voting for Minho because they feel that Baeksang is leeching off fans money by charging to vote. They are planning to donate the money on Minho's birthday instead for charity purposes. That's why for the past many years Minho has never won Popularity Award for Baeksang and his poll result was really low. Besides Minho did say he wish to win an acting award instead of popularity. Coz he's an ACTOR.

Same goes to Shinhye. She also said she has already won many Popularity awards and wants to win an acting award. Minho and Shinhye are already popular, they dont need another Popularity Award. That's why i'm not bothered if Shinhye doesnt win 1st spot.
