Why Cyrano Agency has open its set to the press and held a press conference while Shin Hye still in Japan?

1'm a bit disappointed coz Shin Hye not included in the PC. They should include Shin Hye in the next PC, if any.

I'm bit bias, Shin Hye should expose more to Korea media as Lee Min Jung.
