There was this scene BTS that Jonguk, the kid,

was 'playing around' his hands was cupping Shinhye.... don't remember what scene this was....

but he thought of the "wedding pose" where the couple put their heads together than turn towards the audience....

he was doing that while Shinhye was oblivious of what is going on.... then she tried to turn but Jongsuk's hand was firmly placed on both of her cheeks....
