Kim Woo Bin Washes Dishes in Style in ‘The Heirs’
Being the heir of resorts, Kim Woo Bin flaunted his luxuriousness on his first filming of SBS’ The Heirs.
The Heirs, set for an October 9 broadcast, is a drama that has been grabbing attention with the brilliant cast of Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin, f(x)’s Krystal, CN Blue’s Kang Min Hyuk, ZE:A’s Park Kim Ji Won, Choi Jin Hyuk, Im Joo Eun, Hyung Sik, and more.
In the drama, Kim Woo Bin plays Choi Young, a cold but charismatic heir of the Welcome Resort. He will be playing out a chaotic romantic story with Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Krystal, Kang Min Hyuk, and more as heirs of different parts of society.
Kim Woo Bin’s first filming took place on August 16 at a wedding hall located in Gangnam. After sharing pleasant smiles and conversation with fellow actors and jokes with the filming staff, creating a positive atmosphere, Kim Woo Bin immediately turned into a cold statue as soon as the camera started rolling, becoming the perfect Choi Young.
Despite his busy schedule as the trending actor of today, Kim Woo Bin met with director Kang Shin Hyo to discuss acting and his character, showing his passion for the drama. The staff didn’t hesitate in praising him for his concentration for his character whenever the camera was on.
Kim Woo Bin also received praise for his fashion sense. He dressed up in a white dress shirt with black pants, appearing like the resort heir, Choi Young.
Even his image of standing inside the resort kitchen wearing rubber gloves and washing dishes were attention worthy. “A charming black hole that sucks everything in,” said the staff members.
The drama’s production company, Hwa and Dam Pictures, stated, “Kim Woo Bin is an actor who shows different charms at the same time. He was able to expression his character perfectly even in the first filming with his understated acting and amazing passion. Please continue to anticipate Kim Woo Bin’s unique expressions overwhelming power in his transitions throughout the drama.”
Meanwhile, The Heirs was created by Kim Eun Sook, the writer of Secret Garden and A Gentleman’s Dignity, and Kang Shin Hyo, director of Tazza and Midas.
The drama is about high school students living in high society who end up getting tangled with a girl, a heir of poverty, creating a topsy turvy romantic comedy story.
