I wonder if they secretly filmed it while filming other episodes. I'm curious though on this recent tweet from CNBLUE. JungShin tweeted:

@ sis Kimchee: It's ok. As long as I see my OTP, I will be happy. It's either they filmed it prior to the ending of Heirs or these are all the cut scenes they left out. I hope it is the former so we see fresh scenes! Maybe because Kim Eun Sook did not end up extending the series, she decided to do a 2 hr special instead which would be equivalent to a one week extension! I can't imagine what it is about!!!
