Who are the "NG" King & Queen of Hayate?




On the 21st of February, drama "Hayate the Combat Butler" (also titled: "Sensation World") had a party celebrating the end of its filming in Taiwan.

The drama filmed for more than 4 months in Taiwan and Huis Ten Bosch, Japan. All the main cast and crew including George Hu, Tia Li, etc attended the party. All the actors and actresses screamed out of happiness and excitement.

During the party, the cast was asked “Who were the ‘NG’ king and queen?” Everybody hid and said “Not me!” Then George Hu said “Ok, I admit it, I had many ‘NG’ scenes because I am not fluent in Chinese and I did not memorize my script very well.” And then the cast and crew decided that lead actress Park Shin Hye who stars as Nagi in the drama is the “NG Queen” They said that Park Shin Hye is the “NG Queen” because she wasn’t at the party.

Everyone had a great time drinking and playing at the party.

“Hayate the Combat Butler” is scheduled to air in Taiwan in Spring 2011 and will also be broadcast in other Southeast Asian countries.

Just read that at the wrap up celebration party bcz Shinhye had already gone back to Korea they voted her the Queen of retakes !!
But then George felt bad so he named himself king lol...

Just a few days ago, GTV's "Hayate The Combat Butler" completed its filming. Since lead actress Park Shin-Hye had already returned to Korea, the crew all voted for her as the "queen of retakes" at the after-party. But lead actor George Hu felt bad and decided to take on the title as "king of retakes". He explained, "I admit that I caused quite a lot of retakes. I can remember my dialogues but because my Chinese isn't perfect, I would have to retake."

I am a little surprised that SH returned to Korea without waiting for the filming to wrap up and going to the celebration party.

I guess she was so homesick that she couldn't wait to go home to her family.

I could see how that would look in a bad light for the people that worked with her in the drama, but I hope they understand she probably missed her country, food, friends, etc.

and about the AF news, I like how George is such a gentleman, sticking by his queen, he's the king of ng if SH's the queen of ng...and i'm sure it's only because of the language barrier...other than that, we all know how great an actress SH is!!!
