"Taipei, Sept. 13 Park Shin-hye, the lead actress of the popular South Korean TV drama series "The Heirs," said Saturday in Taipei that as a sports enthusiast, she wants to play a role in an action film in the future and would not worry about getting hurt."

PDs, broadcast stations, directors, screenwriters...we want to see Shin-hye in action thrillers too. She's spanky, sporty, and reliable in espionage, defender of the people, kick-ass lady and very talented actress... PSH will make it happen, her dream, her passion. And we are looking forward to see this happen in the future.

I love this lady, PSH, she remembers her time with casts and production team, director with long hair and the actors/actresses of "Hayate the Combat Butler".
Taiwan must be specially familiar to her. She said too that she miss its night markets and local delicacies. She was known to eat and enjoy local food. Shinhye should have a special TV show about food.

"She is a sports buff, she hopes she can play a role in an action movie before she turns 30, adding that she didn't fear getting hurt."

"Shin-hye will be starring in a new SBS drama "Pinocchio," set to be aired in November. The actress will play Choi In Ha, a 20-something rookie reporter who covers local news but suffers from the very embarrassing "Pinocchio syndrome."

Park Shin-hye wants to try ‘action’

Actress Park Shin-hye revealed her willingness to try action scenes during her Asian tour interview with the Taiwanese press on Saturday.

“It has been a year and a half since I last visited Taiwan, but the place feels really familiar,” Park was quoted as saying. “I stayed here for four months, participating in a Taiwanese drama. During the stay, I became accustomed to the culture and fans here.”

The actress was also asked by the Taiwanese press how she would like to challenge herself in dramas or films.

“I want to try an action scene before I turn 30. I enjoy working out, so I am not afraid to try it when I am young,” she said.

Park is to continue her Asian fan meeting tour after Taiwan, visiting Thailand in September and Singapore in October.
