The actor who received (I think the grand prize/award of galloping horses) is none other than senior actor Jo Sung Ha.
He is currently in the kdrama KBS "King's Family" or "Wang Family"- 50 episodes showing on cable. He was in "Sungkyunkwan Scandal ", "King Sejong", "Nice Guy", "Gu"...and so on.

WOW it took me four days search for this Korean actor who I've seen somewhere in different kdramas

don't ask me about the other female actress name.... that will take me days to figure that out.

and Park Shin-hye being interviewed before the award ceremony..
