I hear your sentiments and love for Shinhye loud and clear, nzida! And I love you for it.
But, differ slightly with you in some areas. Shinhye has heard and experienced much worse things in her career. I honestly feel that negative comments about her brothers looks might have hurt her but not to make her go into hiding. She has a very positive outlook towards such matters as seen from her responses in her various interviews. It's not her temperament to run away from unpleasant things. One of the things I admire. From what I have observed from her past routine, I still maintain that this is her hibernation period between her committments.
I have yet to see a meaningless project from her. It has to have some significance for her to commit herself to it. I felt that her acting in FBND was even better than The Heirs although the later was a much more successful drama.
Like you, I would love to see her all the time but I feel that she does need down time too. I don't think her agency can exploit her because she is surrounded by the guidance and protection of an excellent manager, loving family and experienced friends in the industry like her mentor..She herself is a smart person who knows what she wants from life and goes after it.

I am not Korean and I knew from the start that PARK SHIN HYE is someone that is unique and special of all Asian beautys may they be actresses, models etc.. PSH beauty stood above them all..I do not know why but she is astaunding !Magnifique!! Formidable !!
