I noticed that 'Happy Facebook' is an omnibus movie. That's the first time I heard of this terminology so looked it up.
An anthology film (also known as an omnibus film, package film, or portmanteau film) is a feature film consisting of several different short films, often tied together by only a single theme, premise, or brief interlocking event (often a turning point)....... Wiki


Eg: ' If You Were Me ' a 2003 South Korean omnibus film, comprising six short films directed by six promininent Korean directors.........Commissioned by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea ............deal with discrimination in Korea and the directors were given free rein with regards to subject and style...........The film has spawned three live-action sequels, as well as two animated films, which deal with similar themes.



Eg:."Acoustic" is an omnibus film story depicting these stories of love, hope, and music - all set within the Hongdae area of Seoul. It comprises of 3 short movies.
.1st: A singer-songwriter has a rare disease so can only eat ramen.
2nd Vocalist and drummer of a rock band decide to sell a guitar because they have no money.
3rd: A girl wants to keep memorable song and a person fall in love with her.



It makes me think and raises a number of questions.........
.........If they decide to take this project.....
1. Will each short movie in the omnibus be something like one fine day that Shinhye acted in?
2. Will Shinhye and Kang Haneul be in all the short movies comprising the omnibus? Maybe not.......
3. The duration maybe as little as 30 min if there are 3 movies in Happy Facebook...
4. Shinhye may actually do it since it will not take too much of her time....it will be doable with any other project she undertakes or completing her credits needed for graduation this year.

I wouldn't want a short film for Shin Hye anymore like One Fine Day though....
For me short films aren't for her anymore....

Park Shin-hye and Kang Ha-neul may join again in movie 'Happy Facebook'



Actress Park Shin-hye and actor Kang Ha-neul are in talks for the leading roles of movie 'Happy Facebook'.

Park Shin-hye's agency told TV Daily in the afternoon on March 9th, "Has been offered a role for 'Happy Facebook'" and "Decision has not been made yet. We'll have to think long and hard because it is not long after her recent project has completed".

Kang Ha-neul's agency also said, "Has been offered and looking at it positively" and "If he'd accept the offer, we expect it will be after finishing filming movie 'Dongjoo'".

If Park Shin-hye and Kang Ha-neul would accept the offer for 'Happy Facebook', it will be their second time to co-star since SBS drama "The Heirs".

'Happy Facebook' is a romance movie depicting love stories of three couples and director Park Hyeon-jin of 'Prominent Woman' and 'Lovers of 6 Years' is in charge of the film.

Jenzzy........I, actually don't mind it as long as her role is powerful enough to make an impact and leave a lasting and memorable impression on the audience in a good way. Now I want her to establish herself beyond doubt as an actress of high stature . She is already popular and loved so I want her to excel as an actress too. In order to do that she needs to take up projects where she can showcase her versatility as an actress of good repute. It's quality that matters.
Another thing is that I want her to enjoy whatever she is doing because only then she can perform well. When ones heart is not invested.....nothing good will come out of it....

As you said......whatever she decides , we will support and wish her well.after all she has not been doing too bad a job of handling her career and life.

Kim Sung Ryoung Says Her Son in Middle School is Only Interested in Park Shin Hye


Kim Sung Ryoung revealed her son’s response to her drama.

The press conference for MBC’s Queen’s Flower took place on March 10 at the MBC building in Sangam-dong, during which Kim Sung Ryoung was asked about her son’s reaction to her being cast as the drama’s lead.

Kim Sung Ryoung said, “My son is in the second year of middle school, which is when they’re the most rebellious. He is not very interested…”

She added, “He is still only interested in Park Shin Hye and not in his mom,” bringing out laughter.

She continued, “I think I would know my son’s reaction once it starts airing. My husband brought up several times, ‘Do you know that your mom is the lead character?’ and he indifferently responded, ‘I know.’”

Meanwhile, Queen’s Flower is a human-melodrama about a woman who, after going through a rough childhood, cannot trust people and believes that happiness can be attained by stepping on others to become successful, and her reunion with her abandoned daughter.

The drama will begin on March 14.
