Chapter 25: The Night Visit
"where is he?" So Eun asked Jun.
"boss is currently sleeping now on the couch" Jun replied
"what is he up to? Do you know?" So eun asked back
"Im sorry ma'am but even with me he doesn't talk about it"
They were both worried on what is Geun Suk up to. He's been leaving early from the office and the next day he sends the aura of being tired.

"YES!! I loved her before and Im still desperately in love with her now, that's what you want to hear right? Are you happy now?" Hong ki said and walked out
Tears fell down from her cheeks, it was the first time she saw Hongki like that.

Shin hye looked at her and "sure" she said. She's been noticing that old lady from a far since she's confined.
"you see, I'm always looking at you, and I always see that you're always in a deep thinking. Are you okay?" the old woman said
Shin hye bitterly smiled and "am I that so transparent?"
"no, but as you can see I'm already old, so I had many experiences like that too, it's a love trouble right?"
"I don't know. I already promised not to love anymore because in the end I always the one who got hurt."
"dear,if it's not rough then it's not love. You see I've been hurt like hundred times before and yet I chose to love again and again" the old woman said while patting shinhye's head.
"look" the old woman pointed an old man walking towards them.
"it was good that I didn't give up, because If I did, I wouldnt met him" the old woman sweetly smiled to the old man who just came.
"it's time to take your medicine, dear" he said after greeting Shin Hye
"oh, I have to go now, if you're getting a hard time to choose between the two, I suggest you choose the one who risk his sleep just to see you" the old woman winked
She got confused of what she heard from the old woman
"risk his sleep? So it means during the night? Who is it?" She asked herself

"you're asking why? Anyway, did you talk to Shin Hye yet?" So Eun asked but Geun suk just shook his head.
"why?"
"I'm afraid, what if she doesn't want to talk to me?"
"just try, at least that way you'll know" So Eun advised

"miss Uee, why? Is there any problem? We're supposed to meet tomorrow with Mr. Lee about the business right? Or did you change it to now?" Geun Young confusingly asked
Uee only glared at her. Geun Young was shocked and confused.
"miss uee, why? Did I do something bad?" Geun Young asked nervously
Uee realized that she's glaring at her so she apologized
"I just want to talk to you, girl to girl" Uee answered
The nervous Geun Young asked her to sit so they can talk.
"do you still love him?" Uee asked

"you know who I'm talking about. I will ask again, do you still love hongki" Uee asked
"why are you asking me that? You're already engaged and you will get married soon" Geun Young said
"please tell me" Uee begged
"I do. I still love him. If I can only go back to that time, that time I really don't want to break up with him. Until now I'm full of regret" Suddenly a tear fell from her cheeks. Seeing Uee that she was begging, she doesn't want to lie to her so she said what's in her heart.
Uee stood up and " now I understand. I'm sorry for coming here without notice. See you tomorrow" she smiled and started to walked out.
"I don't have any choice, I guess" Uee smirked

"can I skip my sleeping med tonight?" Shin Hye asked her private nurse
She thought of that idea so that she can wait for whoever it is.
"you're here again?" the old woman said
Geun suk bowed to greet her.
"why not visit during the day? I heard she's taking sleeping peels during this hour"
"it's okay. I'm already satisfied just looking at her" Geun Suk politely bowed and walked again.
"what a good man" the old woman smiled and whispered.

Geun suk quietly opened the door. He went directly to Shin Hye's bedside.
He sat down and start brushing her hair with his fingers that's the time Shin Hye opened her eyes. He was surprised.
"it's you. I knew it was you" she smiled sleepily
"you knew there's someone who visit you every night?" Geun suk asked
"I just knew this morning. Hey, I'm really sleepy right now, I took a med can you promise me that you stay here until I wake up?" Shin Hye said while closing her eyes slowly.
"I promise" he said while holding her hand. Shin hye smiled as a response.
