I can imagine how depastating the situation is, fear, lost someone or even everything due to the earthquake followed by tsunami and the danger of nuclear reactor..
I wish they are very strong to overcome the tragic event. Please dear God, give them strong mind and help them in overcoming their problem..

I still remember what happenned in my country in December 2006, earthquake followed by Tsunami in Aceh, Indonesia. I was just stunned to witness the catasthrope caused by earthquake and Tsunami.

i spend my childhood times in Japan and it totally breaks my heart when i heard the news, just like everybody. one thing i always love about Japan, at a time of difficulties, they still care and help other people not just themselves. i believe, they're gonna stand up strong. yes, let's unite, help, and pray.

Report: 2,000 bodies found in northeast Japan

(CNN) -- Approximately 2,000 bodies were found Monday in Miyagi Prefecture on Japan's northeast coast, the Kyodo news agency reported.

If confirmed, the discovery would be the largest yet of victims from last week's devastating earthquake and tsunami.

Roughly 1,000 bodies were found coming ashore on Miyagi's Ojika Peninsula, while another 1,000 were seen in the town of Minamisanriku, where some 10,000 people are unaccounted for, Kyodo reported.

Officials said earlier Monday that the official death toll from the disaster stands at 1,627, with more missing.

As of 10:00 a.m. Monday (9:00 p.m. Sunday ET), at least 1,720 people were missing and 1,962 injured, according to the National Police Agency Emergency Disaster Headquarters.

The number of dead is expected to go up as rescuers reach more hard-hit areas.

I don't know what to say when I saw the devastation that the earthquake and the tsunami has caused.

My heart and prayers go out to those that were affected by this calamity.

I admire the relative calmness of the Japanese people - they are setting an example on how we should behave when struck by a calamity of this magnitude.

Let us continue to pray and send our loving thoughts to those affected by this calamity so they can feel comfort despite the situation that they are in right now.
