Having a big buzzed around netizens doesn’t make KBS’s teen Korean drama ‘Mary Stayed Out All Night’ went through smoothly the 1st episode with high rating. The drama starring Jang Geun Seuk and Moon Geun Young just recorded a 8,5% rating for its premiere, this number even lower than its predecessor drama ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ which ended with a 12,8% rating.

The drama hasn’t been strong enough to compete with its drama competitor ‘Giant’ which has dominated the Mondays-Tuesday timeslot for 5 weeks in a row. Last night, ‘Giant’ drew a 29,5% rating, a bit lower than its previously episode, 29,8%. Meanwhile, in the second spot there was ahjumma romantic-comedy Korean drama ‘Queen of Reversals’ with a 10,8% rating.

It seems it’s a quite hard for ‘Mary Stayed Out All Night’ for taking over the first spot in local audiences. But, it has surely captivated attention from overseas fans, like ‘Playful Kiss’, ‘You’re Beautiful’, and ‘Boys Over Flowers’ did a while ago.

I wonder if the ratings are low bcz the series doesnt appeal to the general public and its not really a family show? I feel bad for JGS bcz his acting should be recognised more !!!

Aired on the 20th KBS 2TV 'Entertainment Tonight' by the recent dip in home theaters in a pink romantic drama 'Mary stayed out all night 'showed the shooting skills in the field. Jang Geun Suk uncovered Moon Geun Young taste in Alcohol.

On the shooting ,an affectionate look like real lovers catches the attention of everybody.

Jang Geun Suk " Moon Geun Young & I is like a real lover? " he said to the reporter.

"Easy to just pick up naturally" he smiled,

Following the question is 'Do you have a relationship?'

Jang Geun Suk said , "We are the wheat couple ! (Soju + beer = Wheat couple) I love it! "then said that Moon Geun Young usually drink more often.

Meanwhile, Moon Geun-young raised the topic about the 'Shrek' catlook on the scene, "I was worried on it but it seems good," she smiled shyly.
